An unnamed source said Leighton Meester thinks Blake Lively is an "egomanic" while Lively feels "stifled" by the TV role so just ignores everyone. Lively's publicist said of the alleged feud: “Blake and Leighton have never been best friends and never professed to be. Blake goes to work, does her job, and goes home.”
