haha, när jag tänker på det så börjar jag fundera på om jag gjorde fel när jag "breddade ut" bloggen till en Gossip Girl-blogg. Men eftersom att det fortfarande verkar vara många som vill ha mycket om Chair kommer vi att försöka börja lägga upp lika mycket om dem som vi gjorde förut och dessutom lägga upp saker om de andra karaktärerna och skådespelarna, låter det bra eller vill ni ha tillbaka Chair-bloggen?!

vad menas med att blake ska spela blair? vadå ska dom byta ut skådespelarna? :S :O haha kanske är trög.. 

svar: Hej! Nejdå, trög tror jag inte att du är! Jag kanske inte är så bra på att förklara, men inte att de bytt ut skådespelarna. Jag kan tänka mig att kanske Serena låtsas vara Blair i något sammanhang osv. 

Jag är lite misstänksam om de här bilderna, Blairs outfit ser väldigt "serenig" ut och Blair själv ser väldigt osäker ut... ;) - Jouline

Hej! Håller med om att Blairs klännings ser Serenig ut, det har många sagt på internet också. Men jag kan lägga till att i 5x22 som bilderna nedanför är ifrån är alla sig själva fortfarande. Men i episode 5x23 som Blair frågar Serena att vara hennes inhoppare på ett möte för att Blair måste vara på ett annat ställe också. Men då är Serena fortfarande sig själv och Blair sig själv. Det kanske blir trassel på mötet där dem andra på mötet tror Serena är Blair och Serena spelar med. Men Blair är fortfarande Blair på stillsen. För än så länge har det kommit ut att bara är i episode 5x24 (säsongs finalen) då Blake spelar Blair och även Ed, Penn och Michelle spelar andra karaktärer. Jag är nyfiken på varför det har blivit så, men antar att vi får se det då. Hoppas det här hjälpte - Joanna

Tycker så synd om Chuck. Han är verkligen ensam. Blair är verkligen inte samma blair som hon var förut. Tycker Dair är patetiskt. Lite awkward att typ Nate och DIANA (Chucks mamma!!!!) kommer ha sex i nästa episode. Inte långt kvar på säsongen nu, vad är det 4: avsnitt kvar? och mycket ska fixas. Framför allt Chair!

svar: Haha, jag enligt mig är Dair patetiskt också. Blair har verkligen förändrats, eller mognat lite också för den delen, men hur hon stänger ute Chuck är ju heeeelt fel ju! Han är ju faktiskt ganska ensam nu ju, hoppas att Diana är någon att hoppas på då. Jag vet inte hur många avsnitt det blir i säsong 5, men jag antar 22 (som s.3 & 4) så i så fall är det ju bara två avsnitt kvar.

Något jag inte förstår med den repliken från Blair är: Har hon glömt bort början av säsong 1? innan avnitt 7 var dem jätte bra vänner, som tillsammans manipulera människor. Jag förstår ibland inte hur skrivarna tänker...:/ Asså mina favorit karaktärer var Chuck, Blair, Nate och ibland Serena(tyckte hon kunde vara svag ibland) men sen säsong 5 börja har jag börjat ogilla Blair, medans Serena och Chuck har växt jätte mycket som personer. Jag säger inte att jag ogillar Leighton och hennes skådespel för hon är en av mina favorit skådespelerskor. JAg menar att Blair har förändrats jätte mycket, jag känner typ inte igen henne:(

Svar: Hej igen Joanna! Förlåt om jag förvirrade dig, men det var jag som hittade på den där rubriken utifrån mina egna tankar. Jag tänkte liksom "spelar ingen roll, ni ska inte vara vänner utan ni ska ju vara ett par!". Men det du säger om Blair, jag tycker hon har mognat lite för varje säsong och nu i säsong 5 har hon faktiskt vuxit upp. Det är roligt att se på ett sätt tycker jag, men samtidigt saknar jag jag gamla scheming Blair så himla mycket! Och Chuck, han är nog den som gjorts störst framsteg! Han har ju blivit ett riktigt man! ;) Serena däremot tycker jag har blivit en jättetråkig karaktär. Första gången jag såg säsong 1-3 var hon min favorit karaktär, men med tiden blev det Blair istället. Serena har enligt mig i alla fall blivit jättetråkig och bara förstör hela tiden haha... men man tycker olika och det är ju bra det :)

Om URL:et är BlairandChuck, är det ju uppenbart att det är en Chair blogg mest. Varför skulle då en Dair shipper följa en Chair blogg? team Chair iaf :)

Bra kommentar tycker jag, haha! ;) Jaa..adressen är fortfarande blairandchuck.blogg.se, MEEN, jag har endå gjort bloggen till Gossip Girl Sverige istället för att den bara ska kretsa runt Chair. Det har blivit ett "bredare sortiment". Fortfarande finns det mycket om Chair, men jag vill också att man ska kunna läsa bloggen utan att vara ett Chair-fan. Jag vill helt enkelt att bloggen ska vara för alla Gossip Girl-fans.

Jag vet att adressen är blairandchuck.blogg.se, men det går inte att byta URL. I så fall måste jag skaffa en ny blogg och det vill jag inte :)

Sometimes, Gossip Girl is a slow, plodding melodrama with lots of long pauses and meaningful looks. And then in blows Leighton Meester as mean girl Blair Waldorf, and wham! It’s a fast-talking, acid-tinged screwball comedy. No wonder the writers give her all the funniest lines — she sells the heck out of every one of them. We don’t know what Leighton’s plans are once Gossip Girl ends, but here’s our advice: skip the teen soaps and go for a sitcom. Heck, we’ll write one for her. Call us!

When Gossip Girl Season 5 returns tonight with all-new episodes, starting with Episode 18: “Con-Heir”, Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) is going to be dealing with a lot. Outside of the fact that the love of his life, Blair (Leighton Meester), has chosen another fella, Chuck was given some pretty heavy intel when last we spotted him on the UES: Lily told him that his oft-nefarious Uncle Jack (Desmond Harrington) gave a life-saving blood transfusion after he and Blair’s accident!

What do you do with that information when you’re Chuck Bass? You bring Uncle back to town to make amends, of course! (You didn’t think all that character evolution this season was for nothin’, did ya?)

But according to Executive Producer Joshua Safran, Chuck soon “discovers maybe not all is what it seems,” which then “starts [him] on a hunt to figure out his path and what exactly happened.” Josh tells The Hollywood Reporter, adding, “It’s a really big story for Chuck.”

And (mega p.s.!), it’s probably gonna include Blair. (Which explains all those squee-worthy pics of the former lovers on-set, we imagine!) Cue: Ultimate tease time!

Josh says, “As he gets deeper and as it gets more and more layered and emotional, Chuck may reach out for support from the only person who can support him – or has supported him in the past – which would be Blair. Whether or not she helps him, you’ll have to wait and see.”

Leighton Meester isn't spreading any gossip here.
Rather, the Gossip Girl actress, 25, is getting the word out on the importance of registering as a bone marrow donor to help in the fight against blood cancer.
And what better way to do that than to lead by example?

Sure enough, Meester herself got swabbed in New York City on Tuesday as part of the registration process.
The move comes just days after a new PSA was released by DKMS, the world's largest bone marrow donor center, in which Meester teams up with 19-year-old blood cancer survivor Kerri Mullen to encourage folks to join the Share the Love campaign.
"Share the Love is an altruistic idea of love—it's about giving the gift of life to a stranger," Meester says in a statement. "You can register as a donor by going to GetSwabbed.org. It's easy, and the more people get swabbed and are willing to donate, the more lives we can save -- and that's pretty incredible."

Gossip Girl Season 5 Spoilers: Who Knows Diana Payne’s Big Secret?

Love it or hate it, Diana Payne (Elizabeth Hurley) is makin’ her way back to the Upper East Side in Gossip Girl Season 5, Episode 19, “It Girl, Interrupted,” and she’s bringing one mega-agenda with her!

In fact, executive producer Josh Safran reveals to TVGuide that Diana’s plan has not one but two parts.

Her main objective? Unmasking the real Gossip Girl! “That is definitely at the forefront of these episodes,” Josh says. “We will learn the secret that Gossip Girl has had on Diana.”

Please tell us it pertains to her photo stashed in the file on Bart Bass, because that thing came outta nowhere and then was dropped like a bad habit! Quit playing games with our hearts and minds, y’all.

The second part of Diana’s plan? Taking back the reins at The Spectator – while also trying to steal Nate’s (Chace Crawford) heart! (We might suggest she not come between Nate and his recently-bolstered editor-ego – you know, the one that fired Serena – but, uhh, best of luck to her).

What that might mean for Nate and his current lady-love Lola Charlie Rhodes (Ella Rae Peck) remains to be seen, though it gives us the feeling that the UES-eschewing Lols will have one more reason to head back to her simpler life in Brooklyn…

The bigger question: Is Diana setting herself up to be one of the TWO rumored take-downs happening by season’s end? (Our vote? Hope sooo!)

Exec producer Josh Safran confirms that Lily and Rufus are headed for a rough patch — and it’s caused by their recent move across the East River. “There is a lot of relationship drama [coming up] for Lily and Rufus,” he says. “Let’s just say a tree may grow in Brooklyn, but Lily van der Woodsen does not. She is a Manhattan girl at heart and her transition is not going to last very long.”

Talia: I know Blair fans will hate this question, but I want to know what's going on with Ivy. #gossipgirl
"Now that Ivy is actually an insider, but she wasn't born there, the question will be, do people have to accept her?" Josh Safran muses to us. "I think that story goes into really interesting places because it really challenges the fabric of the Upper East Side. Lily and Rufus aren't even living there anymore and here's this woman who is now tied to them." And y'all better get used to Ivy being around the UES, because Safran says that Gossip Girl has "every intention of Kaylee [DeFer] being back next season."

Monday is the first day of the rest of our lives! Gossip Girl Season 5 returns on April 2, 2012, with Episode 18, “Con-Heir.” And, by all accounts, this is going to be a doozy of an episode — with multiple failed attempts by Dan (Penn Badgley) and Blair (Leighton Meester) to finally get it on, the triumphant return of Jack Bass, and a special cameo by Dan’s Cabbage Patch Doll. Yeah, you read that right. Here’s our roundup of what to expect from Monday’s major episode:

Serena’s Major Struggle
Will Serena (Blake Lively) a take the reigns as all-secret-knowing Gossip Girl? This dilemma is a major focal point the next episode, show exec Josh Safran says. “Monday’s episode is very much about that struggle for Serena. But it’s like the Ring and Frodo,” he adds, referring to The Lord of the Rings’ sweet Frodo Baggins, who is tasked with undertaking a perilous quest to destroy Sauron’s Ring in the fires of Mount Doom.

Lily and Ivy Battle It Out
Lily isn’t taking Ivy’s scheming lying down — she’s preparing for a full-fledged war on the conniving girl who kicked her out of her own house. But Ivy’s not bringing a knife to this gun fight; she’s packing major heat as she brokers a new allegiance with Lily’s ex (and Serena’s dad), William van der Woodsen.

Do Dan and Blair Finally Have Sex?
Dair’s first attempt at consummating their epic love story may not live up to Dan’s expectations, as we’ve seen from his lackluster “Wow” response in the promo. However, TVLine reports the two are “in a slight different state of mind the second time they do it." Drunk Dairing? Blame it on the a-a-a-a-alcohol.

Jack Bass Is Back, But He Might Have Some Secrets
Chuck is majorly excited to have Uncle Jack back in town, and is even dedicating a hospital wing in Jack’s name. But did Jack really save Chuck’s life? We have a hunch this storyline isn’t all ponies and unicorns like it appears.

Chuck Is Going to Do Some Soul-Searching
As Chuck delves deeper into his family lineage, “Doors are opened that Chuck was not expecting to be opened,” Josh told TV Fanatic of the developing storyline. “Things happen that change his perspective on who he is.”

Chuck Turns to The One Person Who’s Always Been There for Him: Blair
While “Con-Heir” might be all about Dan and Blair, our fair Queen B hasn’t forgotten about Mr. Bass in all of the Humphrey hubbub. Chuck will soon be asking Blair to help him investigate his past, and that storyline will kick into high gear in Episode 19: “It Girl, Interrupted,” according to the synopsis.

Blake Lively and Leighton Meester,
Rumor has it these Gossip Girl frenemies are much the same when the cameras aren't rolling. An unnamed source said Leighton Meester thinks Blake Lively is an "egomanic" while Lively feels "stifled" by the TV role so just ignores everyone. Lively's publicist said of the alleged feud: “Blake and Leighton have never been best friends and never professed to be. Blake goes to work, does her job, and goes home.”

Details on the return of Jack Bass and Diana Payne have our eyebrows raised to the ceiling right about now! Gossip GirlExecutive Producer Josh Safran dished some major gooooods this week on the life-altering changes afoot for Chuck Bass, and all seem to come at the hands of this pair of questionable characters.

“Doors are opened that Chuck was not expecting to be opened,” Josh told TV Fanatic of the developing storyline. “Things happen that change his perspective on who he is.”

Our first question: Uhhh, in a good way or a bad way?

After all Chuck has been through this season – what with all that “becoming a better man” business – we really hope these changes are for the good of our fave dude. Perhaps his rumored bettered relationship with Uncle Jack will help make sense of what’s sure to be some mega-turmoil as the truth about his mother is uncovered?

Because, as Josh told Perez Hilton earlier this week, “[Diana Payne’s] return will definitely answer the question of who Chuck’s mother is. I can say that much.”

As much as we hate to see our dear Chuck Bass in mama-pining pain, wealso kinda like the idea of a storyline that doesn’t see him obsessing over Blair in these current DAIR-infested waters… Yes? No? And about Dair, Josh echoed earlier sentiments of Dan’s concern over Blair’s predisposition to Master Bass, saying that the “specter of Chuck” will continue to haunt the budding romance. Dunh-dunh-dunh!
